How to swap cryptocurrencies?

Discover how Bit2Me Wallet allows you to directly swap crypto assets, performing conversions between digital assets without intermediate steps and saving time and costs on your operations.

Tap on the operations icon (blue square): you'll find it in the horizontal menu at the bottom of the screen if accessing from the app, or in the top right corner if accessing from the web.

In the operations menu, tap on Swap.

Complete the swap form, selecting the currency you want to sell (the one you want to exchange) and the currency you wish to buy in return.

Enter the crypto amount you wish to swap and tap Continue. If you want to swap the total available amount of that cryptocurrency, tap Max.

Review all the information in the summary window and tap Swap to finalize and execute the transaction.

Before confirming the swap, you'll see a proforma with the exchange rate, the included spread, and the operation fee:

Transactions up to €20 (Exchange mode): Bit2Me offers you a guaranteed price. The price you confirm on screen is the final executed price, regardless of market variations, and you have 10 seconds to accept it.

Transactions over €20: the price cannot be guaranteed. The order is executed at the real market price at that moment, so the final amount you receive may be slightly different from what the proforma shows.

The confirmation screen itself indicates which of the two cases applies to your transaction, and the proforma automatically updates every 10 seconds. You can check the cost details in Wallet operation fees: buys, sells, and swaps.

• Swaps are irreversible once initiated: carefully review all information before confirming.
• Most swaps are completed in a single operation. When there isn't a direct market between two crypto assets, Bit2Me internally builds the route through one or more intermediate markets: you will only see the entry price, the exit price, and the applied fee.
• If a specific asset does not support direct swapping, the application will inform you; in that case, you can sell it first and then buy the asset you want.
