How do I withdraw funds from my Bit2Me PRO account?

Bit2Me Wallet acts as the nerve center for all Bit2Me services, being the entry and exit point for your funds. Therefore, if you wish to send cryptocurrencies to an external wallet, transfer money to your bank account, or use your funds in other services like Bit2Me Earn or your Bit2Me Card, the first step is to move that balance from Bit2Me PRO to your Bit2Me Wallet. This is an internal movement in your account that is completely free, and we explain it step by step below:

If you access from the APP.

1. Once inside your account from the mobile APP, access the Bit2Me Pro (Advanced Trading) section, which you will see in the dropdown menu by pressing the 3 horizontal lines in the top left corner.
2. At the top of the screen, press "Balance" to access the wallets for the currencies available in Pro.
3. Find the currency in which you have an available balance that you want to withdraw and press Withdraw to Wallet.
4. Complete the form that will appear on the screen, indicating the amount you wish to withdraw (press Max. if you wish to withdraw all the available balance in PRO) and press the  Withdraw to Wallet  button.
5.  When you press the button, the balance will be withdrawn automatically and will be available for you to operate in Wallet.

If you access from WEB.

1. Access your account via the web and press PRO in the left side menu.
2. Press the text "View all" which you will see in the "My balance" box in the bottom left corner of the screen.
3. Find the currency in which you have an available balance that you want to withdraw and press Withdraw to Wallet.
4. Complete the form that will appear on the screen, indicating the amount you wish to withdraw (press Max. if you wish to withdraw all the available balance in PRO) and press the  Withdraw to Wallet . button.
5. When you press the button, the balance will be withdrawn automatically and will be available for you to operate in Wallet.
