How to add a new card?

To register a credit/debit card to make purchases on your Bit2Me account you have two options:
OPTION 1
- Click on the operations button (blue square) that you will find in the horizontal menu at the bottom of the screen if you access from the APP, or in the top right corner if you access from the web:
- In the operations menu, click on "Deposit".
- Select as deposit option "Deposit in Euro".
- Click on the default deposit option to display the module and choose "Add card".
- Finally, fill in the fields and information requested and press Add .
- Alias for your card: A custom name with which you can recognize it from the rest.
- Cardholder: Full name of the cardholder which must match the Bit2Me account holder.
- Card number
- Expiry date and CVV.
OPTION 2
- Access the drop-down menu by clicking on the three horizontal stripes in the top left corner if you are accessing from the mobile application.
- Click on the first option to open the Profile and Settings menu.
- In the first module "Account information", click on the option "Payment methods".
- From here you can manage your already registered cards or add a new one by clicking on the blue Add a payment method button.
- Finally, fill in the fields and information requested and press Add .
- Alias for your card: A custom name with which you can recognize it from the rest.
- Cardholder: Full name of the cardholder which must match the Bit2Me account holder.
- Card number
- Expiry date and CVV.
At Bit2Me we care about the security of our customers. We aim to prevent a card from being used fraudulently and therefore we carry out a verification process with which we identify the ownership of the card.
