The Bit2Me Card features several security layers to ensure only you can access sensitive information like viewing your 4-digit PIN.
Steps to view your PIN from the app and web
To view the 4 digits of your PIN, for both your virtual and physical Bit2Me Card, simply follow these instructions:
Log in to your Bit2Me account and go to the Card section. Once there, select the card (Physical or Virtual) whose PIN you want to view.
On the visual image of your card, tap the Options button, which you'll find at the bottom of it.
Click the View PIN button to get started.
First, you'll receive a 6-digit code via SMS from Pecunia, our card provider (or, if you have **Push notifications** enabled, the code will appear directly on your screen). Enter this code to continue.
Next, the system will ask you to enter your personal secret code (the security code you created previously for online purchases).
Once the two-step verification is complete, the screen will display your card's 4-digit PIN.
- Remember to memorize your PIN and never share it with anyone. If you encounter any issues during the process, don't hesitate to contact our Support team.
- If you don't enable **Push notifications**, you will continue to receive your verification code via **SMS from Pecunia**, as before.
