To fully leverage its benefits, including the cashback program, it's essential to understand its terms of use. Costs
- Physical card issuance: See table
- Virtual card issuance: Free
- Transaction fee: Crypto: 0.95% / Euro: 0%
- ATM withdrawals: Domestic withdrawal: €0** / International withdrawal Eurozone: €2.50 / International withdrawal outside Eurozone: €0.55 + 1% of the amount (minimum €0.75)
- Payments: Eurozone: €0 / SEPA zone payments in currencies other than euro: 1.75%, Payments in other world currencies: 2%
- Other free operations: Virtual card replacement, maintenance, Apple Pay / Google Pay, cancellation
Limits
- Transactions per user: €2,500/single transaction and daily, €20,000/monthly, €200,000/annually (max. 700 transactions/year).
- ATM withdrawals: €3,000/day, €15,000/month, €30,000/year (max. 5/day and 150/year).
- Daily ATM withdrawal volume: €300.
- Maximum cards per user: 1 physical + 1 virtual.
- Maximum monthly cashback. To check your accumulated monthly cashback and see how much you have left to reach your limit, go to the Card section of your app. Once there, tap on the currency symbol at the top. If you see a partial cashback for a purchase, it means you have reached your level's monthly limit.
*An additional €5 surcharge will apply for shipments to addresses outside Spanish territory.
**Bit2Me is not responsible for fees charged by the banking entity itself for ATM withdrawal operations. If a cash withdrawal is canceled at the last minute, the bank may still apply the withdrawal fee, which may not be refunded.
Important: It is NOT possible to withdraw cash from an ATM with a virtual Bit2Me Card. Limits are per user (combining physical and virtual cards). |
