Promotions panel - How does it work?

On the "Your promotions" screen, you have access to the list of all promotions you have signed up for. By clicking on each of them, you will be able to obtain detailed information on various key points to ensure your participation.

Status of your promotions

Inside the panel, each promotion will show a specific status indicating your current progress:

• Completed: You have completed the requirements and will receive your reward soon.

• Pending action: You have not yet completed the promotion requirements; you must meet them before the promotion period ends.

• Not completed: You have not met the requirements, so you will not receive the reward.

Information available per promotion

In addition to the status, in each file you can consult the following data:

• Promotion code: The unique identifier of the campaign.

• Important details and requirements: The description of what you need to do to obtain the benefit.

• Link to terms and conditions: Direct access to the complete legal bases of the promotion.

Steps to access the panel

To enter the promotions section, follow these steps:

1. Access your account and open the left side menu (if using the app, tap on the three horizontal lines).

2. Tap on the magnifying glass located in the upper right corner.

3. On the "Actions in Bit2Me" screen, tap on Your promotions.
