How to deposit funds to Bit2Me Invest?

Currently, the only method available for depositing funds into Bit2Me Invest is via bank transfer. The process is simple: you'll receive instructions in the app, and once the instant transfer is made, the deposit is usually processed within minutes. We are working to incorporate more payment methods in the future, such as card payments or other instant deposit options. 

The transfer must be made from a bank account where you are the sole or primary account holder. If the transfer arrives in someone else's name, the details will not match, and the funds will be returned.

1. Access Bit2Me Invest

• At the bottom of the screen, you'll find three quick actions: Transactions, Deposit, and Withdraw. Tap Deposit (the "+" icon).

2. Enter the amount to deposit

• The "Add money" panel will open. Enter the amount in euros you wish to transfer to your Invest account and tap Continue.

3. Accept the ownership notice

• A notice titled "Important notice regarding account ownership" will appear. Check the box "The bank account used for this transfer is solely in my name" and tap Continue.

4. Make the bank transfer

• Once the notice is confirmed, the app will show you the "Transfer information" screen with the details you need to use with your bank. You can copy each piece of information by tapping the Copy button next to each field.
• It is essential to include the exact concept/reference shown on the screen when making the transfer. If the concept/reference does not match, the deposit may be delayed or you may be asked for documentation to prove you made the payment.

5. Complete the transfer from your bank

• Access your online banking or banking app and make a SEPA transfer using the details provided in the previous step. Make sure to copy the IBAN, the beneficiary, and the concept/reference exactly as they appear in the app.

6. Await confirmation

• Once the instant transfer is complete, the deposit is usually processed within minutes. This timeframe depends on the sending bank and the SEPA transfer processing. You can check the status of your operations in the Transactions section within Invest.
