Click on one of the dApps in the list or search on the browser.
Each dApp works with a certain network, check information icons and choose the network you want to operate with.
If you access a dApp that does not connect automatically, you should click on the option to connect to a generic wallet as first option. If you don't have this option, connect through Trust wallet or Metamask. We are working on getting more and more of them to connect automatically.
Once connected, you will be able to operate through the dApp.
