Why was my verification denied?

- Before starting the process you have to accept/activate your camera.
We need you to follow the instructions and for that reason the activation of your camera or webcam is required.
- Poor webcam quality
You have to use a device with a visible quality and without reflections.
- Wrong document
To verify your identity you must use your PASSPORT or IDENTITY CARD, driver's license is not accepted..
- Identity card or face not correctly focused in the indicated box
- Identity card is damaged, cut or broken
- Depending on country of nationality or residence, we may reserve the right to review the verification process manually.
