How do I verify my Bit2Me account? Step by Step…

Before you can start buying and selling cryptocurrencies on our platform, you need to register by following these steps:

  1. Access Bit2Me through the mobile APP or through the website. If you access from the web click on the button  Register  that you will find at the top of the page.


  2. You can register by linking your email address automatically by clicking on the register with Google or Apple, or enter the email address you want to register with and a personal and secure password manually by clicking on the  Continue with email . Select whether the account you are going to register is a Personal or Business account and confirm by clicking on  Register .


  3. Read the terms and conditions carefully and click on the button  I accept the terms  and conditions  to continue with the registration process.

  4. When you accept the terms and conditions an email will automatically be sent to the email address you registered with to verify and confirm it. Go to the inbox of the registered email and confirm the registration by clicking on the button  Confirm email . If after several minutes you do not receive the email, please check your Spam or advertising folders.

  5. Once you have verified your email address, you have to link your mobile phone. Click on the drop-down to select the country code and then enter your phone number. Click on the button  Receive SMS  to receive the four-digit verification code on your mobile and enter it in the corresponding space. Once recognised by the system your phone will be verified.

  6. On the next screen you will be asked for the residence data. You have to indicate: Nationality, country of habitual residence and residence address. Once you have indicated the data, click on  Continue .

  7. Next, you will be asked for the personal data that you have to register in each of the sections: First name, First surname, Second surname and date of birth. Click on  Continue .

  8. On the next screen you have to indicate the data of the identity document with which you are going to register: Country issuing the document, type of document, document number and expiry date. Click on  Continue .

  9. In the last part of the questionnaire, you will have to provide information about your account that is requested to strengthen the security of your account. Complete the questionnaire and click on  Continue .

  10. The last step is the identity verification. Carefully read the instructions on the first screen and click on  Verify my identity .
