How do I close my user account?

When you request account cancellation, the account will be closed and the business relationship with Bit2Me will be ended. This means that you will no longer be able to access your account. That's why it's very important to follow the steps below:
Before you request the account closure:
- Withdraw all your funds from your account leaving your balance at 0. We won't be able to fulfill your request if there are funds in the account:

Request for account cancellation:
In order to cancel your Bit2Me account, please send your request to verifications@bit2me.com by indicating as subject: Account cancellation request.
Important - The account cancellation will be processed within 14 days of your request.
- If you wish to use your account again in the future, you have to request it by writing to verifications@bit2me.com.
- The account cancellation request does not prevent the account data from being reported to the authorities and public bodies that may require it.
