According the data protection law, in order registration data to be be deleted, client must request it by sending an email to: rgpd@bit2me.com
If you have a Bit2Me Card (virtual or physical) you have to send the same request to: datos@pecuniacards.es
IMPORTANT: Before requesting deletion of data, don't forget to download your transaction statement:

Using this template:
Mr. / Mrs. ___________, of legal age, with number ID ___________, with email ___________ by means of this document, exercises the right of deletion, in accordance with the provisions of article 17 of EU Regulation 2016/679, General Data Protection (RGPD). REQUESTS to proceed to the deletion of his/her personal data within a month from the receipt of this request, and to be notified in writing of the result of the deletion practiced.
