Important: Once the transaction is completed, the platform of origin has no more custody of the cryptocurrency sent and there is no longer possibility to cancel or reverse the transaction. If you have not received the transaction at the destination platform, you should get in touch with them in order to try to find it and recover it if possible (this possibility does not always exist and you may lose the entire transaction).
