To change the registered email linked to your Bit2Me account, you must follow these steps:
From the mobile APP
- Tap on the 3 horizontal lines in the upper left corner to access the drop-down menu and go to the Profile and settings section, which you will find as the first option.
- In the first Account Information module of the Profile and settings menu, tap on the pencil icon in the email section.
- In the next window, enter the new email you want to register, your Bit2Me access password for security, and tap on the button Send verification email .
- Access your new email and, in the verification email you will have received, confirm the email change so that it is correctly linked to your account.
From the Web
- From your Bit2Me account on the Web, tap on your profile picture or icon that you will find in the upper right corner to access the Profile and settings menu.
- In the first Account Information module of the Profile and settings menu, tap on the pencil icon in the email section.
- In the next window, enter the new email you want to register, your Bit2Me access password for security, and tap on the button Send verification email .
- Access your new email and, in the verification email you will have received, confirm the email change so that it is correctly linked to your account.
Important: If you need to access your account but no longer have access to the registered email address, don't worry, we will help you recover it. Open a ticket with the subject: I need to change my registered email at Bit2Me or contact us via email soporte@bit2me.com stating your full name and a clear description of the problem you are experiencing. |
