Although your Bit2Me card has been deleted, you can still view the history of the transactions you made with it. To access these movements, follow the steps below:
If you access from the APP
To access the movements of your deleted card from the APP, follow these simple steps:
Open the Bit2Me App and log in to your account.
Tap on the three horizontal lines in the upper left corner to open the side menu.
Scroll down and go to the "Card" section.
Within "Card", tap on the three dots in the upper right corner and select the "Deleted Cards" option.
There you will see the deleted card and, just below, a list with all the movements that were made with it.
If you access from the WEB
To access the movements of your deleted card from the web, follow these simple steps:
Access your account through the web by clicking here.
In the left side menu, click on "Card".
In the right column of the screen, click on "Deleted Cards".
There you will see the deleted card and, just below, a list with all the movements that were made with it.
