How to request your virtual Bit2Me Card?

Requesting your virtual Bit2Me Card is a quick and simple process that you can complete directly from the Bit2Me app or website. In this guide, we'll explain the requirements and the steps you need to follow.

To ensure a successful process, please confirm that you meet the following requirements:

• Residency: You must have tax residency in Spain or in one of the countries belonging to the European Economic Area (EEA). Check Which countries is the Bit2Me Card available in?

Verification for users with Spanish nationality:

If you have Spanish nationality, your Bit2Me account must be verified with your DNI to request the card. If you registered using another document (such as a passport) and wish to request a Bit2Me Card, please contact our support team for assistance.

Steps to request your card from the app or web:

1. Log in to your Bit2Me account and go to the "Card" section.
2. At the top of the screen, you'll see two tabs. Click on ‘Virtual’.
3. Click on the main button that says  I want my virtual Bit2Me Card .
4. To complete the process, you must read and accept the terms and conditions of Pecunia, our payment service provider, and click on  Continue . 
5. Finally, if the process was successful, you will see the message Your virtual card is ready!
