How can I schedule recurring purchases?

Modified on Mon, 6 Jul at 8:53 AM

In your Bit2Me Wallet, you can schedule recurring purchases daily, weekly, or monthly to help reduce market volatility and save time and effort. (+ info)

To schedule a recurring purchase, follow the steps below:

  1. Tap the operations button (blue square) you'll see in the horizontal menu at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Tap "Buy"  .
  3. From the purchase options, choose "Recurring Purchase".
  4. Select the frequency for your purchases (Daily, Weekly, Monthly).
  5. Choose the cryptocurrency you want to schedule a recurring purchase for with the selected frequency.
  6. Enter the amount in € you wish to purchase recurrently. You can select one of the predetermined amounts or manually enter the desired amount.
  7. On the same screen, you can change the frequency and choose the payment method you wish to use for the scheduled recurring purchases. Tap  Review operation  to continue.
  8. Review the details of your recurring purchase to ensure they are correct, then tap  Buy and schedule  to finalize.

Please note the following important points:

  • Purchases can only be scheduled by indicating the amount in € due to the volatility of cryptocurrencies.
  • The frequency of scheduled purchases will start from the day they are scheduled. For example, if you schedule recurring purchases on 02/05 with a monthly frequency, purchases will be executed on the 5th of each month.
  • Since not all months have 31 days, recurring purchases scheduled between the 28th and 31st of a month will be processed on the 1st of each month.
  • If a scheduled recurring purchase cannot be executed (due to insufficient funds, expired card, etc.), it will be automatically canceled, and you will need to reschedule it if you wish.
