Can I cancel a scheduled recurring purchase?

You can delete a programmed recurring purchase whenever you need to from your own account and in a completely automatic way.


To delete a recurring purchase that you have already programmed, follow these steps: 


If you access from the mobile APP.

  1. From your account, access the side menu by clicking on the three horizontal lines that you will find in the upper left corner.
  2. In the menu, click on the "Scheduled operations" option that you will find in the "Operations" block.
  3. Select the "Recurring" tab to see the list of all your recurring orders.
  4. Click on the one you want to delete.
  5. In the details window of the programmed recurring purchase, click on the text Cancel recurring purchase that you will find at the bottom of the screen.


If you access from the Web.

  1. From your account, go to the Wallet section that you will find in the left side menu.
  2. While in the Wallet, click on the "Scheduled operations" option that you will find in the first module on the left side of the screen.
  3. Select the "Recurring" tab to see the list of all your recurring orders.
  4. Click on the one you want to delete.
  5. In the details window of the programmed recurring purchase, click on the text Cancel recurring purchase that you will find at the bottom of the screen.

Important: A recurring purchase cannot be modified, and once deleted, it cannot be recovered. In case of an error or if you want to restore it, you will have to create and register a new recurring purchase.
