Occasionally, Bit2Me may require additional information or documentation for reasons of regulatory compliance, regulation, security, and fraud prevention. You'll find all these processes and requests in the Document Center, a section where you can securely manage and upload requested files.
1. How do I know if I have something pending?
When we make a documentation request, we will notify you through several channels to keep you informed:
Email: You will receive a detailed email at the address registered to your account.
Push Notification: You will see a notification directly in your mobile application.
Notification Center: An alert will appear on the bell icon located in the upper right corner of the platform.
Profile Menu: You will find an alert symbol and a specific note within the profile and settings menu.
2. Steps to provide documentation
You can access the document panel in two ways: by directly tapping on the various notifications in the app or by manually going to the Documentation section within your settings. The steps are:
Access the "Profile and Settings" menu: In your account, access the side menu (three horizontal lines in the upper left corner if accessing from the APP) and navigate to the profile and settings menu.
Enter Documentation: Tap on the "Account documentation" section to view active requests.
Provide information: Select the request that requires attention and follow the instructions. If the request requires you to provide extra documentation, tap the Provide information button or the pencil icon.
If you need to provide documentation: Select the document type, upload the image or PDF (making sure it's legible), and tap Send .
3. Document statuses
Once the information is uploaded, you can check the review status using the status labels:
Document required: The document has not yet been provided, or the request is open.
Under review: The specialized team is validating the submitted documentation.
Accepted: The documentation has been successfully validated and meets the requirements.
Rejected: The document could not be validated. Click on the document to view the reason for rejection and re-upload it with the necessary corrections.
