How to send cryptocurrencies?

In Bit2Me you can send cryptocurrencies between Bit2Me users and also to external wallets or platforms.
In order to send cryptocurrencies, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the "Operations"  button. This is a blue square button located in the bottom menu bar if you're using the mobile app, or in the upper-right corner if you're on the website.
  2. From the available options, click “Withdraw”.

  3. Then click on "Send crypto".

  4. Choose the type of transfer you want to make:

    • Send to a Bit2Me user.Transfer method between Bit2Me accounts via Bit2Me Pay.

      1. Select the cryptocurrency from the list. (only the ones available in your wallet will appear).

      2. Fill out the form indicating: the amount and the method of transfer (email, phone number, or alias). Tap  Send .

      3. You will need to verify the transaction using your 2FA code. Enter the received code and tap  Verify .

    • Send to external address (Blockchain, network).

      1. Select the cryptocurrency from the list (only the ones available in your wallet will appear).

      2. Enter the amount you want to send (you can click to Max to send all) and click on  Continue .

      3. Choose the network from the available options. More info here.

      4. Fill out the form with the recipient's wallet address and memo/tag (if required by the destination platform). Click  Continue .

      5. Fill out the Travel Rule form with the required information about the recipient wallet, check the box to confirm that the data is correct and click on  Review Operation .

      6. Review the summary screen and click on  Send  to confirm.

      7. You will need to verify the transaction using your 2FA code. Enter the code and tap  Verify .

      1. Select the cryptocurrency from the list. (only the ones available in your wallet will appear).

      2. Indicate the amount you wish to send (you can calick Max to send all) and click  Continue .
      3. Enter the Crypto Credential address where you want to send the funds and click  Review operation .
      4. Review the final summary screen and tap  Send  to confirm the transaction.

      5. You will need to verify the transaction using your 2FA code. Enter the code and click on   Verify  to confirm the transaction..

IMPORTANT:
  • Sending to an external wallet address cannot be canceled or reversed. The user is solely responsible for any transfers to fraudulent addresses and/or incorrect transfers (wrong network, missing memo/tag).

  • Not all cryptocurrencies are supported for external transfers.
