How to send cryptocurrencies?

At Bit2Me, flexibility is key to managing your digital assets. This article will guide you on how to send cryptocurrencies safely and efficiently, whether for direct transfers between Bit2Me users or for transfers to external wallets and platforms.


For any of these cases, follow the steps indicated below:

  1. Press the "Operations" button. This is the blue square button that you will find in the horizontal menu at the bottom of the screen if accessing from the mobile APP, or in the top right corner if accessing from the Web.
  2. From the options, press "Withdraw".
  3. From the options, press "Send crypto".

  4. Choose the type of transfer you are going to make:

    • Send to Bit2Me user. Transfer method between Bit2Me accounts via Bit2Me Pay.
      1. Select the currency from the list. (Only those you have available in your wallet will appear).
      2. Complete the form indicating: amount and sending method (email, phone, or alias). Press  Send .
      3. You must verify the transfer using the 2FA code. Enter the received code and press  Verify .

    • Send to external address (Blockchain, network).
      1. Select the currency from the list. (Only those you have available in your wallet will appear).
      2. Indicate the amount you want to send (you can press Max if you want to send everything) and press  Continue .
      3. Select the network for sending from the available ones. More info here.
      4. Complete the form indicating the shipping address and the memo/tag if the destination platform requires it. To continue, press  Continue .
      5. Complete the form Travel Rule indicating the required information about the destination wallet, check the box to confirm that the provided data is correct, and press  Review operation .
      6. Review the information on the summary screen and press  Send  to confirm the transfer.
      7. You must verify the transfer using the 2FA code. Enter the received code and press  Verify .
      8. If it is the first time you are sending to the address you indicated, you will receive an email to your verified email address to authorize the transfer.

      1. Select the currency from the list. (Only those you have available in your wallet will appear).
      2. Indicate the amount you want to send (you can press Max if you want to send everything) and press  Continue .
      3. Indicate the Crypto Credential address where you want to send and press  Review operation .
      4. Review the information on the last summary screen and press  Send  to confirm the transfer.
      5. You must verify the transfer using the 2FA code. Enter the received code and press  Verify  to confirm the transfer.

IMPORTANT:
  • A transfer to an external wallet address cannot be canceled or reversed. The user is solely responsible for transfers to fraudulent addresses and/or erroneous transfers (wrong network, memo/tag not added).

  • Not all cryptocurrencies can be sent to an external wallet.
  • When you make a transfer, Bit2Me informs you of its status at all times. check your account and your email for more information.
  • If you experience any error message when processing a transfer, contact support: open a ticket.
  • Bit2Me may restrict your transfers for various reasons. If a message appears informing you of temporary blocks on Blockchain withdrawals when trying to make a transfer, check your email in case we have contacted you or contact us directly open a ticket.
