Have you lost access to Double Factor Authentication (2FA)?

To recover your 2FA, you must follow these steps:
- Open a ticket to tell us that you need 2FA recovery
- We will contact you to indicate the steps to follow.
- We will disable the current 2FA.
- And you will have to activate 2FA again from your Bit2Me account on the device of your choice.
