How to upload documentation in the Bit2Me Document Center?

Modified on Tue, 17 Mar at 10:59 AM

Occasionally, Bit2Me may require additional information or documentation for reasons of regulatory compliance, regulation, security, and fraud prevention. You will find all these procedures and requests in the Document Center, a section where you can securely manage and upload the requested files.

1. How do I know if I have something pending?

When we make a request for documentation, we will notify you through several channels so that you are always informed:

  • Email: You will receive a detailed email at the address registered to your account.

  • Push Notification: You will see a notification directly in your mobile application.

  • Notification center: A notice will be reflected on the bell icon located in the top right corner of the platform.

  • Profile menu: You will find an alert symbol and a specific note within the profile and settings menu.

2. Steps to provide documentation

You can access the document panel in two ways: by clicking directly on the various notifications in the app or by manually entering the Documentation section within your settings. The steps are:

  1. Access the "Profile and Settings" menu: In your account, access the side menu (three horizontal lines in the top left corner if accessing from the APP) and go to the profile and settings menu.

  2. Enter Documentation: Click on the "Account documentation" section to see active requests.

  3. Provide information: Select the request that requires attention and follow the instructions. If the request requires you to provide extra documentation, press the button  Provide information  or the pencil icon.

    • If you must provide documentation: Select the document type, upload the image or PDF (ensuring it is legible) and click on  Send .

3. Document statuses

Once the information is uploaded, you can verify the review status through the status labels:

  • Document required: The document has not yet been provided or the request is open.

  • Under review: The specialized team is validating the submitted documentation.

  • Accepted: The documentation has been correctly validated and meets the requirements.

  • Rejected: The document is not valid. In this case, the reason will be indicated in the request details so you can upload it again correctly.
