I don't receive SMS, how do I proceed?

In case you don't receive the SMS, please check the following situations.

• Check that you don't have any phone numbers blocked or with “Do not Disturb” activated.
  
• Check that your device is powered on and within cellphone coverage.
  
• Confirm that you're receiving SMS from other services or friends.
  
• Check that the end user does not have a block on their mobile device:
  

Android:

1. In the Messages app on your Android, tap the three-dot menu at the top right of the screen. 
   
2. In the drop-down menu, tap "Spam & blocked."
   Tap the three-dot menu and then choose "Spam & blocked" to see the list of senders you are currently blocking.
   
3. Tap the message you want to unblock and then tap "Unblock."
