What can I do if I get an ERROR message when I try to buy with my card?

If you have tried to make a purchase or deposit with a card and you've got an error message, the first thing to do is to check the following points:

  • Make sure you have enough funds in your card.

  • Make sure you have not exceeded your bank card limits.

If it is not due to any of the above reasons it may be due to restrictions or settings set by your bank or card provider.

You have three alternatives to continue with the transaction:

  1. Make a deposit by bank transfer free of charge. You can follow the steps by clicking here.

  2. Use a credit card from a different bank.

  3. Contact your bank or card issuer and explain the transaction you are trying to make so that they can provide you with a solution. Here is an example that you can use to contact your bank.

Dear Customer Service Team,

I am contacting you for assistance with a problem trying to make a purchase with my debit/credit card. When I tried to make the payment on the Bit2Me platform, I received an error message indicating that the transaction could not be processed.

I have verified that my card is enabled for online purchases and that I have enough funds to complete the transaction. However, it appears that there may be some restriction or setting that is preventing the payment from processing correctly.

Please could you check if there are any blocks or limitations on my card that are causing this problem? Also, I would appreciate it if you could provide me with information on how I can resolve this situation and complete the transaction successfully.

Yours sincerely,

We hope that these steps will allow you to perform your transactions successfully. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your trust.
